This is my 1/6 scale Jadgpanzer 38T "Hetzer" build from start to finish.

The scratchbuild begins...

Basic hull shape cut from sheet styrene and fitted together.

Front view of the now glued together hull. Fender details started and areas marked for main gun inplacement and driver's visor.

Remote machinegun mount added to hull top along with crew periscopes. MG mount purchased from "Fields of Armor" site.

Figuring out placement of road wheels and running gear.

Base coat Tamiya "dark yellow" paint airbrushed onto vehicle.

Camouflage pain added.

Rear interior view showing hull re-enforcing strips to maintain and strengthen the hull's integrity.

Rear details starting to be added as well as crew hatches.

More details added to rear hull and top deck.

Addition of forward main gun and mount. Both made from modified Jagdpanzer IV parts obtained from "Fields of Armor".

Another side view of base coated vehicle with running gear attached.

Completed model with customized crew added along with detail accessories and handpainted markings.

Rear view of completed model and crew. Track links were obtained from "Major Midnight" to complete the build. It took a total of about 18 days to build once all the parts needed were obtained or made.
